Looking for Employment?

What I Can Do For You

Dear Candidate:

If you are reading this website, you are thinking about a change.

Perhaps you are just getting started in your search for an administrative position—thinking about greater responsibility, new challenges, better compensation, or an improved work environment. Or perhaps you are farther along in the process—you applied for some management jobs but are struggling to get interviews or offers.

No matter your situation, I can help you. I offer more than job placement services; I use my two decades of experience as a nurse executive to provide career mentoring and coaching. I have read hundreds of resumes, interviewed dozens of candidates, and built award-winning nursing staffs from the ground up. Unique among recruiters, I know with certainty what your next boss is looking for.

What to Expect

First, there is no charge to work with me. Employers pay my fee.

If you provide your contact information, I will call you at your convenience. We will talk about your career goals, preferences, strengths, and weaknesses. I will ask about your personality, since matching the right temperament to the right unit or department is critical for success.

Next, I will look at your resume. Does it show not only what you do, but also evidence of a job well done? I will help you put your best foot forward with this critical document. With your polished resume in hand, I will scour my job listings and contacts across your search area to find positions that match your profile.

Then, I will present your application to a potential employer. If you are scheduled for an interview, I will coach you on how to make the best impression. If you receive an offer, I will rely on my in-house experience to help you negotiate your compensation package.

My goal is to help you land not just any job, but one that brings you professional and personal satisfaction. I got into nursing to help people, like you did, and now I hope to help you achieve the next level of success.

Shall we chat?

Sincerely,
Carol
